Vicki's first post....

Okay, the time has come.... I have never blogged before, this is all new to me, and I guess I have put it off for long enough, maybe too long!

So... are you ready....... are you sitting down........

The web site will be going live tomorrow!!!!
That is what the web site people have told me and now that I have put it in writing, I will hold them to their promise! I am so sick of all the delays, I got to the stage where I didn't even believe it would happen!

Anyway, I hope you are still keen to see the 'new' site, and haven't given up on Scrap Matrix. There are sooooo many new products, the whole look is vastly different to the original, (but the quality and range is still fabulous) and, as promised the prices are still great!

There are still a few things that we will need to finalise  - and include - over the next week or so, and there may even be initial hiccups (I hope not!), but at long last.... we will be officially open for business!!!

The Time has come.......

To My lovely Scrap Matrix customers,

The purpose of this correspond is twofold.

Firstly, I have been blessed by you all and I personally wanted to communicate my sincere thanks and appreciation for all the support and friendship shown toward me in my time as the proprietor of Scrap Matrix.
My journey was made all the more enjoyable by each and every one of you and these words seem inadequate towards expressing my appreciation – bless all of your white cotton socks!

The time has come, Yes - Scrap Matrix has changed hands. Unfortunately recent personal circumstances have not allowed Scrap Matrix to service its valued customers and supporters to the highest possible standards. I sincerely apologise for this situation (Moving house, Renovations, Computer problems ETC) and hope I have been fair when not being able to fulfill orders.

I welcome and introduce Vicki as the proprietor of Scrap Matrix. I will be providing my utmost support in Vicki’s new venture and hope you can support her as you have done me, throughout my time.

I will continue to be involved in the craft I love, so hopefully I can maintain contact with you.

Scrap Matrix is open for business, however due to relocation and change of ownership, things may be a little later than usual.
The Scrap Matrix web site is currently being upgraded to a newer  - an easier to navigate version, and some stocktaking is needed, so there may be a few hiccups, (like things no longer in stock maybe), but please bear with us as we are in this process. Rest assured that some (lots) of beautiful new product is on its way and the new site should be up and running in a couple of weeks. Vicki will e-mail you all, so you can be among the first to visit the new look site.
The blog and facebook page will also be given a face-lift to compliment the web design, and will continue to share updates of new products, classes and (hopefully) retreats. Stay tuned!

Golly Gosh - my poor blogs have been so neglected lately - i need to find some time and keep them a little bit more up to date for you all........... Sorry and i will try my best in future... but here is what i have been up tooooooooooooo............. or some of it ...............

I have been on tour with Finnabair around Australia/New Zealand in March - like the whole of March wow what a trip - no mum, no ironing, cooking, cleaning or any of those domestic engineers duties  <3ed it hehehe &&& i got to meet so many gorgeous ladies !!
My sister Ang & a Horse or 2 joined us on the NZ leg which was just awesome. OMG so many funny moments along the way.... and lots of pics scenery ones, lots & lots of funny ones................
While i was having the time of my life Neil was home with the boys and the drama's of buying our place here in Darwin god <3 him !! between that and an offer on my house down south which then fell over to get another offer while on tour - I tell you we weren't short of happenings lol...............
but the good thing is it all worked out in the end and we moved into "The Barn" or our ranch about a week after i got home.................
anyways enough about me/us time to share what we have in store for you :-)

Do you love trinkets??? Well I do - maybe I'm the trinket queen lol

I made some flowers and other embellishments from Molds with Resin added some Out There Trinkets &

 Out There Chippy, a Prima vine and started clustering. Helmar Adhesives worked wonders getting it all into place. A touch of Gesso here and there helped captured the Dylusions Ink Sprays along with a touch of Perfect Pearls to add some glimmer and I was done!

Can someone tell me how to manage my time??

I am so behind with SM's blog it isn't funny :-( To be kept up-to-date with what I (Rae) have been up visit my blog here  for all the info on these creations i am about to share!!

So i have been a little creative of late (would love more time to play though) and i have been very inspired by Finnabair's recent visit to us here in Darwin. Don't forget she is coming back in 2013 and we both will be touring Australia & New Zealand - I'm so excited to be part of this adventure!!
